Transfer - Step 1: Existing Customer

Select applicable documents:

1. Request Letter along with original payment receipts and all writings from exit client for re sale of Booking. 2. Acceptance of new client that new Booking shall be done and Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed shall be executed in favour of new client at the same rate of exit client. 3. If new client do not agree the same rate than exit client to be informed to make full payment, registration fee, stamp duty, etc., and get execute Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed in his/her favour and thereafter he/she can re sale his/her unit at whatever rate. 4. If new client agrees for same rate than booking amount of exit client to be refunded after deduction of GST and Legal Expenses with forwarding letter. 5. Acknowledgement Letter from exit client. 6. Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed to be executed in favour of new client at the same rate of exit client.

Acceptance of new client that new Booking shall be done and Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed shall be executed in favour of new client at the same rate of exit client. 3. If new client do not agree the same rate than exit client to be informed to make full payment, registration fee, stamp duty, etc., and get execute Sale Deed in his/her favour and thereafter he/she can re sale his/her unit at whatever rate. 4. If new client agrees for same rate than booking amount of exit client to be refunded after deduction of GST, Legal expenses, Registration Fee and Stamp duty of Cancellation of Agreement for Sale, with forwarding letter. 5. Acknowledgement Letter from exit client. 6. NOC, No due, Loan Closer letter is required from Loan provider Bank/institution in the case of exit client has obtained Loan. 7. If Booking Amount is insufficient to recover expenses of GST, Legal expenses, registration fee and stamp duty of Cancellation of Agreement for Sale in that case such expenses shall be additionally paid by exit client. 8. Registered Cancellation of Agreement for Sale to be executed by exit client and Promoter. 9. Agreement for Sale / Sale Deed to be executed in favour of new client at the same rate of exit client.
