Customer has found a more affordable property in Ahmedabad closer to their workplace. They have requested cancellation under RERA provisions citing personal financial restructuring. All communication documented via email dated 05-Mar-2026.

Before Registration of Agreement for Sale
Verify applicable documents:
1. Request Letter along with all original payment receipts and papers received from developer.
2. Booking amount of exit client to be refunded after deduction of GST and Legal Expenses with forwarding letter.
3. Acknowledgement Letter from exit client.
After Registration of Agreement for Sale
Verify applicable documents:
1. Request Letter along with original Agreement for Sale, payment receipts, TDS Payment challans if TDS is deducted and all original papers received from developer.
2. NOC, No due, Loan Closer letter is required from Loan provider Bank/institution in the case of exit client has obtained Loan.
3. If Booking Amount is insufficient to recover expenses of GST, Legal expenses, registration fee and stamp duty of Cancellation of Agreement for Sale in that case such expenses shall be additionally paid by exit client.
4. Registered Cancellation of Agreement for Sale to be executed by exit client and Promoter. Promoter to refund Booking amount of exit client after deduction of GST, Legal expenses, registration fee and stamp duty of Cancellation of Agreement for Sale, with forwarding letter.
