{{-- Dashboard — the content region of docs/wireframes-v12/index.html. CR-2c (spec §12): swept onto v12's own dashboard markup. It was the last screen in the application still written in Metronic vocabulary — Theme A's `.nrems-welcome-banner`, `.nrems-stat-card` and fourteen `.nrems-badge` pills, plus `row g-5` / `col-xl-*` / `symbol-*` / `bg-light-*` / `fs-*` / `fw-semibold` throughout — and every one of those names is declared in theme-a.css and nowhere else, which is what made this file the blocker for retiring that stylesheet. CR-2c was a change of clothes, not of content: the figures stayed the wireframe's invented ones. CR-10 made **Pending Tasks** real, and **CR-17 made the rest of the page real** — so the sentence that used to stand here ("the numbers are still the wireframe's placeholder data") is no longer true of anything on this screen and has been withdrawn rather than left to mislead the next reader. What each block now draws, and where it comes from: * the four `.stat-card`s — Total Bookings / Site Visits / Inquiries / Cancelled Bookings — are counts over a DATE RANGE, server-rendered for the default last 7 days by DashboardController and re-fetched over ajax by nrems-dashboard.js when the picker on the quick-actions line is applied. **They are the only things on this page that filter.** CR-17.1 swapped Site Visits with the Unit Availability donut, CR-17.2 brought it back beside the other two, and CR-17.3 added the fourth — so the `.grid-4` now draws a 2x2 of tiles with the donut beside them. * Unit Availability, Recent Bookings and the Sales Pipeline totals are all-time and do not answer to the picker — the client's own division (CR-17 §1), stated at each block. * Pending Tasks (CR-10) is unchanged by CR-17, deliberately and to the byte. The client's own edit of 2026-09-10 is the base this was built on: they removed Total Revenue / Collection / Outstanding / Pending Agreements / Possession Due, the collection-trend chart, the `.grid-3` row and the `.footer-stats` bar, merged the two stat rows into ONE `.grid-4` holding three cards, and relabelled the pipeline to Projects / Units / Customers / Brokers / Users. Nothing of that is restored here. v12's blocks, in v12's order, were: `.welcome-banner`, `.quick-actions`, two `.grid-4` rows of `.stat-card`, a `.grid-2` of charts, a split row of Recent Bookings + Sales Pipeline, a `.grid-3` of Possessions + Reminders + Activity, and the `.footer-stats` bar.
