    booking_types/index.blade.php is this page's twin and carries the long form
    of the shape they share: one card, the module icon and the primary action in
    its `.card-header`, and **no filter bar and no search input** because the
    wireframe draws neither (CR-7 §1, §4). Read it first.

    One column more than the twin — the `.tag-wrap` pills of applicable booking
    types — and one thing the twin's dialogs do not have: the modals' checkbox
    list, which needs the booking types the controller passes in as
    `$bookingTypes`. That is the only page-only payload in either module, which
    makes this the only place the recipe's "skip it on an ajax draw" rule has
    anything to skip; CustomerDocTypeController::index() does the skipping.

    The column list exists in exactly one place:
    CustomerDocTypesDataTable::getColumns().
